Ordering witnesses not to testify is 'obstruction, plan and simple' -Lofgren

U.S. representative Zoe Lofgren on Friday argued during the Senate impeachment trial that President Donald Trump's order to top U.S. officials not to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives is obstruction of justice.
